I feel the same way. I’m a Peter Pan hipster and I will fully admit it. I had this exact rant out loud to a friend the other day and felt kind of silly, but yeah. It’s hard when I’ve been like obsessed for the past year and people are all like “la la la I love Peter Pan” and I’m like “okay, I’m happy for you, but why are you just now starting to become obsessed because you should have been way longer ago…”

Okay, but this actually made me sob because I loved it so much. I don’t know if people realize that this is the kind of stuff that I live for. People always ask me why I write random thank you cards and do random acts of kindness and it’s always with the hope that someone’s day will get better, that somehow it will encourage them to make a friend, love others more, or love themselves more. And I think this video and this image shows that idea. Okay, I’m just ranting because I’m crying, but you get the point.
